Medium to full-bodied, with rich and powerful taste. Typical aroma of Chardonnay aged in oak. Citrus fruits wrapped in aroma of vanilla with further aromas of nuts, fermented fruits, honey and toast bread. On the palate a pronounced briny salinity leads into flavors of citrus and green apple with a smooth and creamy texture followed by a distinct mineral aftertaste. Pairs well with a variety of foods, including seafood, chicken, and creamy risottos and pastas.
