TASTING NOTES
Medium to full bodied wine with straw yellow color with green reflection. Citrus fruits wraped in aroma of vanilla with further aromas of stonefruits (peaches, apricots) with a hint of honey and herbal aromas typical for Mediterranean karst (sage, thyme). Very complex aromatic profile. Rich and powerful taste with good body strength in harmony with alcohol level followed by rich and complex aftertaste with notes of nuts and butter. Best if paired with grilled white fish and creamy seafood pastas and risottos.
