TASTING NOTES
Crystal clear, light yellow color with a golden hue. Fine and tiny persistent bubbles. Aromatic profile with notes of toasted bread, honey, nuts and quince. Dry, light, fresh and mineral notes with long finish and creamy texture.
Best if paired with oysters or sea bass tartare.

VINEYARD SOURCE
Podvornica vineyard in the nortwestern part of the Imotski valley. A constant breeze that blows from the Badnjevice canyon, keeps the leaves of the vine always ventilated and dry. (Micro)Climate is mediterranean with mild continental influence, characterized by high amplitudes between daily and night temperatures during ripening season.
